Merry Christmas
Delightful chandelier ornaments from Cox & Cox in the UK. How wonderful would these look as napkin ring holders or used to decorate a wedding table.

Fairytale Dreaming
Monique Lhuillier has launched her Fall 2010 bridal collection entitled Fairytale Dreams. Monique said about her new collection, "A very important silhouette for me this season was the structured A-line shape… Lots of volume on the bottom of the skirt and a nipped-in waist, yet very lightweight in feeling. I wanted my bride to feel like this is her moment to shine and to escape and find herself in a Fairytale Dream…" I think they are all stunning! For more inspiration and to find a stockist near you visit her website here.

Leftover Letterpress
Here at Style Guide we love cute little cards and gorgeous stationery (especially stationery-aholic Jane!). Linda & Harriett's Redesigned Collection is the perfect way to celebrate an eco-friendlier start to 2010. The super sweet collection includes dress cards, flower pins and gift tags. Each item is reconstructed by hand from letterpress misprints, which is a fabulous and fun way to recycle paper that would have otherwise been thrown away. The thought of throwing away anything letterpress is to much to bare!
The flower pins paper petals are hand cut and sewn together with a vintage button on top and a pin on reverse. The pins are approximately 4" in diameter and vary in colour. These gorgeous creations can make fantastic decorative accents on tabletops, walls or even on a maid or groom and retail for $24USD. Dress card designer Liz Libré created various dresses for these cards, each showing off a mix of patterns and colors. Each card is different and paired with a light gray envelope and retails for $6USD. The tags are perfect for gifts, place cards or around wine bottles. They measure approximately 2" in diameter and are tied together with hemp twine. Tags are sold in packs of four in assorted colours and retails for $6USD per pack. Visit www.lindaandharriett.com to view the pieces and to buy online.

Zimmermann Finally Lands!
Little Old Adelaide has enjoyed the influx of a few very popular stores in the last couple of months. Along with Lisa Ho and Saba sisters Nicky & Simone Zimmermann have opened their hip store on Adelaide's hottest shopping strip, Rundle St. Zimmermann has long been a favourite of mine. Over the years I've scrimped and saved to purchase some their most gorgeous dresses and to this day I still love wearing them. I popped into the new store yesterday and it's gorgeous. A big space, with racks of neatly lined pieces all in their colour groups. Along with amazing dresses there are swimsuits, lingerie and the cutest kids pieces. Perfection! Visit the store at 265 Rundle St, Adelaide or visit www.zimmermannwear.com to shop up an online storm!

Think Outside the Basket
One of our lovely readers, Lyndsay at It's a Date Event Design sent me a note to let me know about the gorgeous gift basket she had made for her sister. Not only is the basket filled with thoughtful and desirable gifts, but they are wrapped using our Modern Spice patterned papers from Issue 3. What a terrific way to use them - they look fantastic. Thank you very much Lyndsay for letting us see your handy work.

Amazing Atwood
One of my favourite, and I mean favourite, shoe designers is Brian Atwood. I simply LOVE his heels. They are simply delicious (if you can even describe shoes as delicious!). These gold numbers would certainly give many other 'fancy' party shoes a good run for their money. The gold isn't too bright, the platform is high enough to make the heel seem perfectly bearable and the PVC packs a bit of punch. Why wear 'ordinary' shoes this party season? I must admit I purchased a pair of gold peep-toe slingbacks on the weekend but they don't quite compare to these. Insert a massive sigh here. Visit www.brianatwood.com to drool over his collections or visit www.net-a-porter.com to buy online.
